There are also LINKS to other websites of past and current projects, as well as other good sites you should check out.
In the beginning Vance felt it would be a little self-serving to have his own website, but he finally decided that it
would be a helpful tool for other musicians to learn more about him and that he might even be able to recieve some gigs or
work from making this informaition available. He also thought it would keep people informed of his upcoming performances.
I hope that you enjoy browsing and learning more about Vance.
Vance's quote of the day:
"Life is only temporary, Life is too short to be ordinary, Do what ya gotta do, Say what ya gotta say, Live day to
day."
(A quote taken from one of his writtings)
Wakarusa Festival
Vance and his good friend Mark Wilson rented an RV and drove to Wakarusa, a music festival in Lawrance, KS. This is their
luxurious campsite.
Vance approves of being able to drink free Fat Tire beer backstage at Wakarusa.
Vance went to Wakarusa Festival in Lawrance, KS, where some friends of his 56 Hope Road (Chicago)were playing. Thanks to Pete
and Amanda and the band Vance had a backstage pass and was able to meet and have his picture taken with Warren Haynes of The
Allman Brothers and Government Mule. Warren doesn't look too happy due to playing a long rockin show and being extremely tired.
